Tough Questions, Shrinking Bricks, and Phones that Flip

Since November, we’ve been talking about Fonus, which came out of the gate as a potential disruptor to the Canadian mobile industry. We interviewed their CEO, Simon Tian last year, and came away optimistic. But since that interview, a lot of skepticism has developed over a number of promises yet to be delivered. Simon was recently in Vancouver, allowing us the opportunity to ask a number of hard questions about his unbelievable promise of a $30 US a month global phone plan with talk, text and data. They may not be the answers some of you are looking for.
