September is just around the corner. There are many families facing a lot of uncertainty about school. If the kids will go back to school and for how long is a hot topic. Rogers Ignite is doing its small part by launching ‘Fun at Home’. This is an educational platform that will help your kids learn while they are in front of a screen.
Zone-tv is behind this creation. The interactive app has been created to make learning fun. Kids spend a lot of time in front of the screen, so why not make it educational. This program is available exclusively through Ignite TV.
Fun at Home is dubbed an ‘edutainment-centric’ app that captivates kids in a positive manner. There are multiple subjects covered in the app. These subjects include art, math, science, life skills, geography, and history. The app also has movies and interactive games to help stimulate your child’s mind.
“We are proud to partner with Rogers to deliver this entirely new category of interactive experiences to Ignite TV customers,” said Jeff Weber, CEO of zone·tv. “Starting with Fun at Home, we are responding to the needs of families coping with work from home and learn from home situations, where it is so important that family members are able to discover and engage in productive pursuits.”
“Providing our customers with free curated content that the whole family can enjoy is one of the ways we are enhancing the at-home entertainment experience,” said Eric Bruno, SVP – 5G, Content and Connected Home Products. “With Fun At Home, our customers have free access to unique content that they can not get anywhere else and we are excited to partner with zone·tv to be the first to offer this app in Canada.”
The Fun at Home app is available through the Apps Menu or by speaking “Fun at Home” into the remote from your ignite TV.
